During Orquestra XXI's April tour, a group of young musicians was invited to take part in a day of rehearsals in which each student worked directly with a member of the orchestra. Orquestra XXI thus aimed to offer young music students the opportunity to play in a high profile ensemble and to join a network of contacts that enables them to keep informed about training and work opportunities abroad, in what proved to be a deeply enriching initiative.
